Good to know
- Each photography backdrop is cut and painted entirely by hand to order. Due to the nature of the craftsmanship and materials used, no two backdrops are created identical and may be slightly out of square due to the drying process. Expect slight variations in color and texture from the pictured image.

Processing & Shipping
Backdrops are made to order and processed within 8–10 business days. Standard shipping adds 2 business days unless expedited shipping is requested by email. Shipping time is in addition to processing time. Updated lead times and temporary delays due to high order volume will be noted on the banner on our home page. Returns & Exchanges
Returns are kindly declined. Exchanges are welcomed within 30 days of purchase if the item is unused, undamaged, and returned in its original condition with all packaging materials. Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs on exchanged merchandise to our warehouse. Items found to be defective or damaged in transit will be promptly replaced at our cost. FAQs
How do I clean and store my backdrops?
Always store your backdrops rolled tightly on the inner core and secured with the retaining bands to prevent creasing or waving. Care should be taken to avoid creasing or folding your backdrop. Mild creases or dents can be reduced with gentle heat from an iron on the backside of your backdrop. We recommend keeping a white art gum eraser, soft-bristled brush, terry cloth rag, and lint roller or masking tape in your kit for quick touch ups. Does the backdrop include a stand?
No, the backdrop stand would need to be purchased separately. For the “floating” backdrop setup seen in our product listings, we used a standard C-stand with the adapter found on our Accessories page. We recommend two stands + adapters for an 8'x10' backdrop, and one stand + adapter for a 5'x8' backdrop.
How can I expedite shipping for a rush order?
Email info@chasingstone.com with your address and requested items and we’ll get back to you no later than the next business day. You can also checkout first, then email us with your confirmation number and we’ll explore your shipping options. Processing time can not be expedited; only the shipping time is reduced.
