An eerily beautiful jungle shrouded in mists that echo with the haunting calls of howler monkeys. Giant, iridescent-blue butterflies float, seemingly in slow motion, past hanging bridges that disappear into dense viridian canopies teeming with life.

Each hand painted mat is truly one of a kind. Expect slight variations in color and texture from the pictured image.

Ordering

  • Hand painted surfaces are made to order and processed within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping adds 3 business days unless expedited shipping is requested by email. Shipping time is in addition to processing time.

    Updated lead times and temporary delays due to high order volume will be noted on the banner on our home page.

  • Because items are made to order, returns are kindly declined. Exchanges are welcomed within 30 days of purchase if the item is unused, undamaged, and returned in its original condition with all packaging materials. Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs on exchanged merchandise. More info about our exchange process can be found on our FAQ's page.

  • Flatlay Surfaces arrive rolled on a cardboard core, secured with a retaining band and ribbon, and packaged in our signature branded packaging tube. Orders containing up to 3 same-size painted surfaces will be combined onto a single core and packaged in one branded packaging tube.

    If part of your order is a gift and needs to be packaged individually, or you are in need of replacement packaging, add the “Individual Packaging” listing to your cart.

 

FAQs

  • We recommend keeping some of the following basic items in your kit for quick and easy touch ups:

    White art gum eraser

    Soft-bristled brush

    Terry cloth rag (the texture is key)

    Lint roller or masking tape

  • Always store your surfaces rolled tightly on the inner core and secured with the retaining band to prevent creasing or waving. Never fold or crease your painted surface. Mild creases or dents can be reduced with gentle heat from an iron on the backside of your mat. More info can be found in our CARE & CLEANING guide.

    Our 100% linen bag is recommended for easy transport and can fit up to 3 painted surfaces. Linen bags are sized specifically for each type and size of styling surface.

  • Email info@chasingstone.com with your address and requested items and we’ll get back to you no later than the next business day. You can also checkout first, then email us with your confirmation number and we’ll explore your shipping options. Processing time can not be expedited; only the shipping time is reduced.

  • At this time, we only ship to USA and Canada through the website, but we are happy to manually facilitate orders elsewhere upon request. Email info@chasingstone.com with your requested items and destination country so we can walk you through the next steps.
